Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 27, 2026

Welcome to Royal AI Marketing Agency. By accessing our website, using our custom software platforms, or entering into service agreements with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Royal AI Marketing's services, websites, and APIs. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our tools, software environments, or advisory services.

2. Scope of Services

Royal AI Marketing designs custom artificial intelligence platforms, integrates ad networks, designs tracking configurations, and executes digital marketing campaigns. Specific service parameters, targets, deliverables, and fees are defined under separate client Statements of Work (SOW). We make no explicit promises of absolute revenue increase or constant ad network conversions, as performance varies based on marketplace variables.

3. Proprietary Rights and Software Licenses

All elements, script architectures, visual themes, logos, and custom code modules built by Royal AI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to you in a written agreement. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the built software frameworks for their internal business operations during the term of active engagement.

4. Code Compliance and AI Safety

Clients agree not to use our custom AI platforms, content automation pipelines, or software endpoints for illegal operations. This includes distributing unsolicited spam, circumventing advertising network rules via malicious cloaking, hosting dangerous content, or breaching data safety laws.

5. Limits of Liability

Royal AI, its developers, and officers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from database security issues, server failures, ad account suspensions, API modifications made by third parties (such as Meta or Google), or any digital revenue loss.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any point. Continued use of our digital platforms or services following changes implies agreement to the updated terms.
